When you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and the reason for your visit. We use this only to arrange and provide your care.

Information collected by this website

This website does not ask for medical information. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and to measure enquiries from our advertising. These tools use cookies and collect information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. They do not receive the contents of your messages to us.

Booking links

Our “Book” and WhatsApp buttons use a short link (swiy.co) that counts clicks before opening WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

Medical records

Records of your consultations and treatment are kept confidential, in line with medical practice and applicable Indian law, and are not shared except as needed for your care or as required by law.
