Common questions.
Why are my eyes dry when they water a lot?
A dry, irritated surface can trigger reflex watering. Treating the dryness often reduces the watering.
Can screens cause dry eye?
Yes. We blink less when looking at screens. Regular breaks, blinking and the right lubricant help.
I wear contact lenses and my eye is red and painful. What should I do?
Remove the lens and seek care the same day. A contact lens-related infection can damage the cornea quickly.
Is keratoconus treatable?
Yes. Glasses, special contact lenses and corneal cross-linking can help, depending on the stage.
